Things I want to work

Hello home network. Here are a couple things I’d like you to do for me:
Tivo Series 2, stop showing me the main setup screen and hack yourself to allow me to use pyTivo to stream my video content to you.
Qwest Actiontec M1000, stop slowing down your Ethernet network. Lean more towards the 100MBps range and less toward the 1MBps range.
Blackbook, stop paging memory like crazy and handle memory thyself.
Hey wife’s Powerbook G4 12-inch, good job hanging in this long.
Hey iRiver IFP-380P, why can’t you be as cool as all the other MP3 players and mount as a USB Mass Storage device?

My wife is funny

After watching an interesting hour of House on our Tivo (thanks to my brother Brian!) where house attempted to diagnose a patient. After heavy metal tests, liver tests, etc. House figure it out.

Later, I got the shivers (you know, those out-of-the-blue whole body shivers) and Andrea responds…

“must be your liver.”

I love my wife’s humor. 🙂
